proSapient is a global Expert Network firm. We provide clients with rapid access to high-quality, relevant expert insights, through a combination of world-class client services and innovative AI technology. Whether it’s a private equity firm evaluating an investment or a consultancy business charting a new strategy, we connect these clients with industry experts who deliver the insights needed to make impactful, informed decisions.

We are a venture capital-backed scale‑up headquartered in London with a diverse, international presence across our offices in Lisbon, Toronto and Raleigh. With a team of over 330 employees, we are one of the UK’s fastest‑growing and most successful female‑co‑founded businesses.

Please apply if you are keen to start a role in August 2026. Please submit all applications in English.

What is an Associate?

As an Associate, your primary responsibility is to rapidly connect our clients (private equity and consultancy firms) with top industry experts from around the globe. After an intensive training period, you will hone and apply a variety of skills, including communication, sales, project management and negotiation. You won’t find a typical 9‑to‑5 here – the role may sometimes require extra hours, but the rewards, uncapped commission and growth opportunities make it all worth it.

The key duties of this role will include:

  • Understand Client Briefs: Receive and understand various client briefs, conduct initial research into new industries, companies and business topics to ensure a good base level of understanding of your client’s needs. Your business and commercial understanding will grow exponentially.
  • Expert Sourcing: Having understood the client brief, a large part of your day will be spent sourcing experts on a global scale by: Utilising our AI‑driven Platform to find potential matches within our existing network and utilising professional networking sites and other online resources to source new experts to join our network.
  • Expert Communication: Employ a mix of outbound methods (calls, e‑mails, messaging, etc.) to reach experts, then engage with and vet them to evaluate their suitability for the brief. These interactions are fantastic opportunities to learn more about an industry, build your professional network and hone your negotiation skills.
  • Project Management: Work closely with your team to meet project deadlines and exceed clients’ expectations.

Requirements

  • The drive to meet and exceed personal targets; comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and taking ownership of your own success.
  • A client‑focused mindset, committed to surpassing client expectations and delivering true value through speed, quality and excellent service.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Japanese at C1 level.
  • A curious nature, enjoying the opportunity to learn about various industries and develop new skills.
  • Enjoy working in a team and collaborating with others to achieve success.

Benefits

  • Generous uncapped commission scheme designed to encourage and reward over‑performance – the sky is the limit!
  • Hybrid working: a maximum of three days in the office.
  • On top of the hybrid policy, you can work remotely for up to an additional 20 days each year, allowing you to tailor your work environment to your needs and embrace a change of scenery.
  • Growth opportunities – at proSapient, your career growth is as dynamic as the role itself. We offer multiple paths for career development, allowing you to tailor your journey based on your skills and interests.
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay.
  • Team outings – quarterly gatherings and annual winter and summer parties.
  • Health insurance.

Next Steps

To set you up for success, we would like you to attend a short Introductory Insight Session before your first‑stage interview. This session will give you valuable context about our business, our people and what the role involves, so you feel confident and fully informed going into the interview stages.

  • In the first stage, you’ll have an interview with a member of the Talent Team to discuss your background and how it aligns with the key skills required for the role.
  • At the second stage, you’ll meet with a Senior Associate and a Team Lead from our Client Services team. This will include a Case Study exercise and an opportunity for the team to learn more about your experience.
  • In the final stage, you’ll meet with one of our Associate Directors at proSapient for a more in‑depth conversation about your interest in the role and your overall fit for the position.

We are committed to building an inclusive workplace – marginalized groups are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every requirement listed. If you are interested in the above role but don’t necessarily tick every box, we encourage you to apply anyway – this role could still be a great match!

Please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship.

At proSapient, we are an equal‑opportunity employer. We offer equal employment opportunities without regard to race, colour, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status and other protected class characteristics. All employment is decided based on qualifications, merit and business need. Due to the regulated nature of our clients, all successfully offered candidates are subjected to thorough screening and pre‑employment checks, including an enhanced background check, which can affect the outcome of any offer of employment.
