Onsite Community Concierge & Member Experience

beyond is seeking a Community Host to be the face of our space, delivering an outstanding member experience. You will be the first point of contact for members, guests and vendors, supporting daily operations, member services and community initiatives.

With 2+ years in hospitality or customer-facing roles, you will stay highly organised, communicate clearly, and help manage events, tours, and onboarding processes while maintaining a welcoming environment onsite.
