We are recruiting an experienced Treatment Coordinator (TCO) for a well-established private dental practice. This role requires a strong dental background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships and support patients throughout their treatment journey.

The Role
Position: Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Practice Type: Private Dental Practice
Location: Central London
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours
Monday to Friday on a rotating schedule:
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
- 9:00am – 6:00pm

Salary
£32,000–£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus.

Your Responsibilities
You will play a key role in ensuring every patient enjoys a seamless journey from initial consultation through to completion of treatment. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Meeting with patients to discuss treatment plans and options
- Building trust and helping patients feel confident about their care
- Coordinating appointments and treatment schedules
- Liaising closely with clinicians and the wider practice team
- Following up on enquiries and supporting treatment acceptance
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the patient journey
Who They’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Treatment Coordinator experience
- Previous experience within a dental practice
- Strong dental knowledge
- Experience in a patient-facing or sales-focused role
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- A confident, professional, and empathetic approach
Desirable Experience
- Dental Reception experience
- Lead Dental Nurse experience
- Team leadership or management responsibilities
