Customer Service Advisor – Property Manager
Location: Peterborough.
About the role: As a Customer Service Advisor (Property Manager), you will be the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and branch teams, ensuring every tenancy runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve enquiries
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with approved contractors
- Manage tenancy renewals and related administration
- Monitor works to ensure service standards and timescales are met
- Maintain contractor records and compliance
- Support branches with lettings queries and legislation
- Work with colleagues to resolve more complex tenancy matters
What we’re looking for:
- A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive, organised and proactive approach
- Strong planning and problem‑solving abilities
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Basic Salary | OTE £25,000
