As a Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
From assisting with daily activities at home and in the community, to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their lives.
Qualifications & Personal Attributes
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Contract, Duties & Salary
- Contract: Full Time – 37.5 hrs
- All services are 24‑hr care. Rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance.
- Optional non‑contractual sleep‑in with an enhanced flat rate of £64.20.
Salary: £26,228 per annum, pro‑rata.
