About the Role

Health Now is recruiting experienced Complex Care Support Workers to join our Complex Care Bank in Grimsby, specifically for weekend work. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred complex care to individuals within their own homes. We have both 1:1 and 2:1 packages running every weekend, with a range of day and night shifts available. This is an excellent opportunity for carers seeking additional weekend hours on a flexible 0-hour contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective complex care within the community
• Support service users with clinical and personal care needs
• Follow detailed care plans and risk assessments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 6 months’ home-care experience (dated within the last 12 months)
• Proven complex care experience
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Reliable weekend availability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, compassionate approach to care

Desirable Skills & Experience

• PEG feeding
• Tracheostomy care
• Catheter care
• Wound management
