Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen at North Tyneside Council for a highly motivated and hard-working customer service advisor to work within Property Services. You will be working for the repairs contact centre carrying out telephony, video and email communication.

Responsibilities

You will be required to make and receive phone calls, diagnose repairs and raise the work accurately through a bespoke repairs system. You will deliver high‑quality work with a focus on completing jobs right the first time and take pride in your work.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have relevant customer service experience or qualifications and ideally possess a good understanding of working within social housing in a local authority. They will be part of a committed team of customer service agents who receive inbound calls and emails from customers throughout the borough of North Tyneside Council.
