Learning Support Assistant
Milk Education are working alongside a welcoming primary school in Croydon to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with children and making a real difference every day.
The Role
- Support pupils both in class and through small-group interventions.
- Assist children with varying learning needs.
- Encourage confidence, independence and engagement.
- Work closely with teachers and SEND professionals.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
About You
- Previous experience working with children is desirable.
- Calm, caring and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable and committed to supporting pupil development.
- Passionate about education and inclusion.
