Support Worker

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support vulnerable individuals in their day‑to‑day lives in their own homes, providing person‑centred support to enable them to live as independent as possible. Your duties will include:
- Supporting with personal care
- Medication administration
- Home management, including cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
- Daily activities such as walks, gym, gaming, music, shopping, cinema/theatre and other interests
Shift Details
8 am – 8 pm, 7.30 am – 3 pm, 2.30 pm – 10 pm, 8 pm – 7.30 am (Waking Night), 9.30 pm – 7.45 am (Waking Night), 10 pm – 7.30 am (Sleepover)
Mostly day shifts and sleepovers, with occasional night shifts. 37.5 hours per week, permanent contract. No driving licence required.
