Operations Assistant

Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do. We are on the lookout for a passionate Operations Assistant to join our team! As an Operations Assistant, your role will support our members to feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support departments across the club with activities such as cleaning.
• Perform opening and closing tasks.
• Greet our members.
• Support teams wherever needed.

Qualifications

• Overall passion for customer service.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Emergency response qualification desirable but not essential.
