1:1 Learning Support Assistant | Redbridge | September 2026

Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate looking to gain valuable experience supporting children with SEND? If so, we are looking for a confident and compassionate 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive school environment.

As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with a child with SEND, providing tailored support both inside and outside of the classroom. The successful 1:1 Learning Support Assistant will help support the pupil’s academic progress, emotional development and social confidence, while working alongside teachers and the SEND team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

This role is ideal for a recent Psychology Graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience supporting children with autism and ADHD before progressing into Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Teaching or wider SEND‑focused careers.
