We’re looking for a passionate, hands‑on Assistant Manager to lead the crew and assist the General Manager in daily operations. You’ll support your team, and make sure every customer walks away with a smile.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running daily operations
- Building, training, and inspiring your team
- Ensuring top‑notch customer service every time
- Upholding our food safety and quality standards
- Driving sales and hitting KPIs
- Troubleshooting issues and keeping everything running smoothly
- Managing stock, wastage and deliveries
- Creating a positive, fun, and focused work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year’s experience leading a team in a fast‑paced hospitality or retail environment
- Motivated, organised, and ready to take ownership
- Great communicator and natural problem‑solver
- Results‑driven with a passion for people and great food
- Calm under pressure and cool with multitasking
- Ready to climb the ladder and progress
- A natural leader who is inspiring, consistent and fair
- Willingness to learn; we will ensure you receive super thorough training!
