Our Wellingborough office is lively, supportive and rooted in a culture of accountability, kindness and collaboration where people are valued for the contribution they make. Our service partners are manufacturer‑trained and our team bring deep industry knowledge to every client relationship. If you know commercial catering equipment, you will feel at home here.
The opportunity
This is a hands‑on specialist role sitting across two areas that are central to how Arolite delivers for its clients, repair sourcing and quotations and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) coordination.
You will bring the technical knowledge needed to interpret engineer reports and produce accurate repair quotes, while also owning the scheduling and administration of PPM programmes across a range of clients and sites. It is a role where your industry knowledge genuinely matters and where the work you produce has a direct impact on the clients depending on it.
The pace is real. Call volumes fluctuate, contracts are each treated differently and no two days look the same. You will need to be adaptable, technically sharp and comfortable managing multiple things at once. What you will not have to do is figure it out alone.
