At TJX Europe you will work as a Customer Service Associate supporting our customers via telephone, email, and social media channels. The role is centred on providing a positive, memorable experience for everyone who interacts with us.
Responsibilities
- Advising customers on product information, order status and store policies.
- Responding to enquiries and complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
- Working collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues quickly.
- Maintaining accurate call logs and recording customer feedback.
- Participating in on‑site training and development programmes.
Job Details
- Fixed‑term contract until the end of January2027, full‑time, 37.5hours per week.
- Shifts: Monday‑Friday, 9‑6outside of peak trading months. Teams work one weekend every three weeks (Saturday & Sunday).
- During the peak period (October–December) rotating shifts of 8:00‑16:00, 9:00‑17:00 and 11:00‑19:00 are offered.
- Two weeks of full‑time training before commencing contract hours.
