Overview
As our next Lifeguard you will provide safe supervision of customers in poolside locations. You will keep people safe, ultimately you are responsible for preventing serious injuries or accidents. You are not the type to panic under pressure and compromise the safety of others. The role isn’t Baywatch; you don’t just sit and watch. You can perform a rescue, deliver first aid, and have difficult conversations with customers who are not acting safely. We will give you the skills and qualifications to be able to do this. You are looking for the chance to progress and work to a regular rota pattern.
With us you will have the opportunity to showcase your ability to work with confidence and remain calm at all times. You will get things done, be efficient within your role, listen to your colleagues and be approachable, and have a caring attitude towards others.
