Location
Highland Plumbing & Heating Supplies, Tain, Ross‑shire, Scotland. We offer an extensive range of plumbing and heating products online and through the trade counter, providing expert advice and stocking over 3000 product lines.
Responsibilities
- Completing general warehouse duties including picking and packing orders, goods in and out, and merchandising within the branch.
- Serving customers on the trade counter and providing product recommendations.
- Responding to customer phone calls and emails with a proactive, positive attitude to build strong relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Working Hours
42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:30 am–5 pm, and one Saturday every four weeks 8 am–12 pm (paid overtime).
Requirements
- Positive and proactive approach with willingness to undertake all available training.
- Confidence interacting with customers, asking questions and understanding their requirements.
- Experience using a forklift is an advantage but not essential; training can be provided.
- Full UK driving licence preferred to support relief delivery driving when needed.
