Tenancy Compliance & Progression Coordinator

Linley and Simpson in Horsforth is seeking a Tenancy Compliance Coordinator to join on a fixed-term maternity cover (9-12 months). Based in Horsforth, you will support compliance checks for new listings, obtain deeds, and coordinate AML documentation to enable smooth occupancy.

You’ll manage tenancy progression, input details into the CRM, handle deposits, and ensure deadlines are met, while communicating clearly with tenants, landlords and branch teams.
