Maintenance Apprenticeship (Engineering)

Introduction

Stonex Metals Limited is looking to take on a Maintenance Apprentice to work within their team. You will be carrying out planned maintenance on our equipment and facilities and assisting in project work.

• Carrying out planned maintenance on our equipment and facilities
• Assisting in project work
• Promoting a positive safety culture
• Shadowing engineers in reactive breakdowns
• Training outcome: progression to Maintenance Engineer

Qualifications

Essential: GCSE Maths and English – A*‑C (4‑9).

Course: Engineering Maintenance Technician – dual discipline (Level3).

Level:3; Route: Engineering and Manufacturing; Apprenticeship Level: Advanced.

Working Arrangements

Working Week: Monday–Friday (College times will differ) 8:00am–4:20pm.

Expected Duration: 4years.

Training Provider: City of Wolverhampton College.
