As a Manufacturing Operator at Stryker Belfast, you will help build life‑saving medical devices while developing your skills and growing a long‑term career in a supportive, quality‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, test, and package medical devices by following clearly defined work instructions and standard processes.
- Work efficiently on a production line in a fast‑paced environment, balancing speed, accuracy, and quality to meet daily output targets.
- Carry out routine quality checks, visually inspect products, and record results to support high safety and compliance standards.
- Accurately label, scan, pack, and prepare products for shipment to internal and external locations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safety‑focused work area in line with site procedures.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to support smooth day‑to‑day operations and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- GCSEs or a Level 2 qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
- A strong team‑player mindset with good communication skills.
- Ability to follow work instructions, procedures, and quality standards accurately.
