ESPA is an established Charity that supports Autistic people. We want to recruit some greatnew supportworkers; people with the right values andbehavioursto work in our residential service in the Houghton Le Spring area – could this be you?
Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right values,behavioursand attitudes to match our own. Youdon’tneed to havepreviousexperience in this field, nor do you need qualifications –we’rehappy to work with you to help you become an excellent support worker.
We support 6 individuals over two adjacent sites,Holly House and Holly View. The 5 individuals at Holly House have lived together for many years.All of our service users require structured, consistent24-hoursupport. We provide this with a particular focusonphysical health and mental wellbeing. Individuals at Holly access a range of outdoor andcommunity-basedactivities based upon their personal preferences and abilities.
We are looking to appoint caring individuals who enjoy working withpeople andare committed to supporting autistic individuals to live a life they enjoy. Although in no way essential, we are keen to recruit drivers.
