Ready to lead, inspire and ignite creativity? Join us at our Exeter Smiggle Store as an Assistant Store Manager! You will work alongside the Store Manager to maximise store performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, boost sales, and provide guidance to all team members in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment and selection process for Sales Assistants and Supervisors, including induction.
• Develop team performance through regular coaching and feedback, ensuring personal and team objectives are met.
• Ensure team members provide a genuine and unique experience with every customer.
• Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve brand KPIs, store and individual sales targets.
• Regularly review and analyse sales opportunities using store and brand reports.
• Drive and support the effective implementation and communication of brand promotions.
• Execute the store Visual Merchandising Brief within set time frames and in accordance with the Brand VM principles while maintaining brand VM standards.
• Support the Store Manager in managing salaries, store rosters and team member leave to maximise productivity.
• Implement and manage loss prevention and conduct stock-take preparation and participation.
