Typical shifts are: 7am‑2pm, 2pm‑9pm, 9pm‑7am.

About the role
We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands‑on Support Workers to enhance the quality of life of the people we support. As a Support Worker you’ll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people. Our residential service in Wembley provides a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days are the same. You’ll teach new life skills, assist with personal care, encourage access to local communities, socialise and organise activities such as visits to local bars and pubs, video‑gaming sessions, film showings, or cinema outings.
