Guest Experience Host at Cragside Mansion

The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty is seeking a Service Assistant to work at Cragside in Morpeth. In this role, you’ll deliver excellent customer service, help answer queries, and share the unique history of Cragside with guests.

As a Service Assistant, you will work approximately 400 hours over 12 months and engage with visitors in a stunning environment. The position includes substantial benefits and a competitive salary of £12.75 per hour.
