Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, playing a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five‑star service in a high‑demand retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and grow our share in the style space.
• Help customers discover the most on‑trend and fashionable products.
• Act as a resilient and confident brand ambassador, serving customers and selling the latest fashion items.
• Operate in a high‑demand environment, remaining efficient and accurate even under pressure.
• Utilise digital tools such as the Sparks App and in‑store devices to enhance the customer experience and accelerate the move to the new M&S.
• Maintain high standards while balancing speed and accuracy.
• Contribute to a positive store environment as a team player, supporting colleagues with purpose and energy.
• Show flexibility, adapting to where the business needs you at any given time.
