As a Sides Shift Supervisor – You will:

• Take the lead each day, orchestrating an unrivalled in-store experience for our customers and your team.
• Protect the brand – working to ensure that the team and the restaurant lives up to the high standards we set ourselves, and makes everyone proud by ensuring the team meet all Safety, Security and Food Hygiene procedures.
• Collaborate with senior managers and your team to create a fun work atmosphere whilst upholding the highest standards along the way.
• Champion day-to-day restaurant operations with finesse ensuring that all store KPI targets are achieved and beyond.
• Mentor, motivate, and shape your team for greatness through coaching, development, leading by example and having the highest standards and a real eye for the details.
• Elevate the dining experience by maintaining impeccable cleanliness throughout the store.
