Train Dispatcher – Flexible Shifts & Real-Time Service

FirstGroup Internal is looking for a Train Dispatcher in Bristol. In this role, you’ll ensure safe, on-time train departures while providing exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills and can work independently.

This position requires a flexible shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, with shifts starting as early as 05:00. Comprehensive training will be provided as part of the onboarding process.
