Supported Living Support Worker
We are currently seeking a Supported Living Support Worker.
Responsibilities
Provide assistance and support to individuals with:
- Autism
- Learning Disabilities
- Mental Health
- Complex Care
- Substance Misuse
Develop and maintain independent living skills, foster a safe and inclusive environment, collaborate with a team of professionals to create and implement individualised progress plans, document and report changes in behaviour, and encourage community engagement and social activities.
Person Specification
Looking for a support worker who can build solid working relationships quickly, with a warm, relaxed demeanour, strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations with resilience.
Preferred Experience
Experience in supporting people with mental health conditions and/or complex care is preferred.
Requirements
- Must hold a full UK Driving License with business insurance.
- Excellent English is essential.
Working Hours
This is a full‑time position, including alternate weekends, bank holidays, and possible sleep‑ins or waking nights.
