Overview

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with the day‑to‑day running of the store.
• Drive sales and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain store presentation, keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best.
• Help reduce shrinkage and minimise till errors.
• Motivate and develop the team, helping them reach their potential.
• Provide piercing services to customers when required (training will be provided).

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team‑leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators, including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to develop and improve the skills of others.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (mandatory not compulsory, mandatory not compulsory).
