Children’s Residential Support Specialist

We Care Ltd is looking for experienced Agency Support Workers to provide safe, child-centred support for children and young people in residential homes. The support is essential for individuals with EBD, autism, and disabilities to foster their emotional wellbeing.

The role includes responsibilities such as assisting with daily living, promoting positive relationships, and following care plans. Shifts are flexible and include day shifts, sleep-ins, and waking nights.

Pay rates start from £14.85 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.
