24/7 Control Room Dispatcher — Public Safety Ops

Bigeyesecurity is looking for a Control Room Operator to join our team at the Hounslow HQ. This role involves operating on a rotating 24/7 pattern, including days and nights. You will be responsible for managing radio communications, dispatching mobile patrols, and handling alarm activations.

As the first point of contact for officers in the field, you will ensure smooth operations and escalate incidents to the duty manager as needed.
