The Opportunity

TXM Recruit are working with a growing specialist to hire Senior Installation Engineers to support premium home delivery and installation services. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead high-spec electrical installations while mentoring junior engineers and delivering a first‑class customer experience.

The Role

• Lead electrical installations in domestic environments
• Install EV chargers, smart home tech & premium appliances
• Provide expert demonstrations to customers
• Mentor junior engineers and support depot teams
• Carry out quality checks and ensure compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds)
• 18th Edition (BS7671) essential
• Strong domestic installation experience
• Leadership mindset able to coach and develop others
• Full UK driving licence (3.5t experience a plus)
• Willing to travel to depots and customer sites
