Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data accurately in spreadsheets, databases, and company systems.
  • Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling tasks.
  • Perform online research and organize information as needed.
  • Maintain digital files and records in an organized manner.
  • Provide administrative and virtual support to the team.
  • Handle routine tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with team members regarding assigned work.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous experience in data entry, virtual assistance, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (“Word, Excel”) and Google Workspace.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop/computer.
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt.
