We are seeking an inspiring and proactive Targeted Youth Services (TYS) Project Worker to support a needs‑led service for children and young people. In this varied and rewarding role you will deliver detached youth work, provide 1:1 support, and facilitate structured group sessions, working closely with hard‑to‑reach and vulnerable young people.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan, deliver and evaluate sessions and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and report on outcomes.
  • Manage a small caseload, ensuring targeted interventions are effective.
  • Contribute to partnership work and support localised delivery coordination.
  • Build trust and foster a supportive environment for young people.
