We are looking to recruit a full time Retail Support Assistant.
This role is Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, and will operate a hybrid working pattern but will include Wednesday and Thursday in our High Wycombe office, with regular travel required to our Wellingborough office, Equity House.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Retail Support Manager to deliver an administration support service to the Retail Support team.
Responsibilities
- Providing general administration support to the Retail Support and wider Sales teams.
- Processing promotional and ad hoc stock allocations for customers.
- Processing customer promotional credits.
- Setting up customer order forms for online pre-sells.
- Maintaining, updating and tracking sales data and other critical store information.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and written skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills, specifically MS Excel at a basic level, ideally working towards intermediate.
- Enthusiastic approach, willingness to learn new things.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to involve others in achieving the team’s objectives.
- Strong organisational skills – prioritises own workload to achieve deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems using own initiative.
- Flexibility in work approach and in changing workloads and processes.
