Hourly rate: £13.00 per hour. Hours per week: Part time (22.5‑30 hrs).

Training

Full training provided. Opportunities to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

• Ability to get to this remote location (public transport hard to reach); sponsorship is not available for this position.

Role Summary

Support Worker helping people to live their best lives in the ways they choose to. Provide personal care, medication support, and help get around. Empower and connect, help them navigate life with confidence and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and well‑being support to clients.
• Assist with medication and mobility needs.
• Encourage and support independence, choice, and decision‑making.
• Work shifts flexibly across the week, including weekends and sleep‑in shifts.
• Use driving skills if possible to drive client vehicles; otherwise be reachable within 7am‑10pm.
