Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, you’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores. It’s a physically demanding, high‑intensity role that keeps our stores running like clockwork.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Stock management and deliveries.
  • Ensuring the shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers to shop.
  • Keeping the flow of products moving with urgency and accuracy.
  • Supporting colleagues across functions and working across the wider store where needed.
  • Adapting quickly to shifting stock and early‑morning deliveries to keep operations running.

We look for a fast, focused, and proactive team player who is digitally confident and able to use digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently, maintaining availability and speed.

Flexibility is vital; you will work across the wider store as demands arise, from early morning deliveries to late‑night stock adjustments.
