Job Overview

Scania Leeds is seeking an organized people leader with proven workshop experience to manage a team of skilled technicians. The role involves providing guidance, support, ensuring a safe workplace with strong Health and Safety protocols, and delivering efficient workshop operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and organise the workshop team while managing productivity and efficiencies.
• Serve as the point of contact for support required by technicians and workshop staff.
• Provide technical knowledge to team members and customers when required.
• Ensure all work is authorised to a high standard.
• Promote high standards on job card write‑up to prevent warranty rejections.
• Mentor apprentices, empowering them to develop future skills.
