Overview
We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated and team‑focused Support Worker to join our friendly service in Bromsgrove (B60), supporting five adults (two gentlemen and three ladies) aged 50s‑60s with learning disabilities and autism.
Residents enjoy a range of engaging and enriching activities such as hydrotherapy and swimming, sensory sessions and music activities, theatre trips, cinema and arts & crafts, day trips along the rivers, and community outings. They live together in a shared home with close relationships with family members who visit regularly.

What you will be doing
- Promote independence and support people to live the lives they choose.
- Provide personal care and mobility support, including hoisting and repositioning.
- Assist with wheelchair support, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Administer medication, including epilepsy support.
- Support daily living tasks: cooking, cleaning, shopping and appointments.
- Encourage engagement in activities and community outings.
- Build strong, positive relationships with the people you support and the team.
Shift Patterns
Part‑time role (28 hours). Shifts include long days from 7:30am to 9:30pm, and occasional support for the waking night team. Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work‑life balance.

- Manual driver (required).
- Experience in care is helpful but not essential – full training provided.
