Central Employment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client – a leading UK door retailer – for Reach FLT / Warehouse Operatives to join their growing team in Middlesbrough.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a valid Reach Truck license who is looking to join a proactive and supportive warehouse environment. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to get stuck in, we want to hear from you!

Role

• Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• Lifting products weighing up to 25kg alone and up to 60kg as part of a team
• Performing general warehouse duties
• Scanning and logging products with high accuracy to avoid delays or additional costs
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Contributing positively as a proactive team member

Requirements

• Valid Reach Truck Licence is essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and scan barcodes accurately
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• A good attitude, reliability, and willingness to take initiative

Shift Patterns (Static Shifts – No Rotation)

• Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Monday to Friday)
• Back Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm (Monday to Friday)
• Night Shift: 10:00pm – 6:30am (Sunday to Thursday)
