Graduate English Teaching Assistant – Secondary

About The Role
- Support classroom learning across KS3-4
- Providing small group and 1:1 intervention to raise attainment
- Assist with lesson preparation and resource management
- Help monitor student progress and engagement and provide feedback to teachers
- Encourage an inclusive culture of resilience and ambition

What are we looking for?
- 2:1 degree or higher in English or a related subject from a leading university
- A passion for education and working with young people
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Desire to pursue a career in education (preferred but not essential)
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
