We are seeking professional Security Officers to join our growing team providing manned guarding services in the Southeast Kent.

About the Role

Please understand that the contract requires effective management of site access to prevent unauthorised entry while ensuring smooth daily operations for staff, pupils, parents, and contractors. This includes:

• Monitoring and controlling entry and exit points.
• Visitor sign-in procedures and ID verification.
• Managing late arrivals and authorised collections.
• Monitoring deliveries and contractor access.

Key Requirements

• Valid SIA Door Supervision or Security Guarding licence
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible to work various shift patterns including nights and weekends
• Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular security patrols of assigned premises
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
• Control access to buildings and verify visitor credentials
• Write detailed incident reports
• Respond to emergencies and security breaches
• Liaise with emergency services when required

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence (essential)
• Previous security experience (desirable)
