Senior Learning Support Assistant: Trauma-Informed Outreach

Buckinghamshire Council is looking for a Senior Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Pathways, Primary PRU, Aylesbury. This role, starting in Autumn Term 2026, offers opportunities to work with pupils with complex SEND needs and may involve outreach duties across Amersham and Wycombe.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and skills to effectively support children in a nurturing environment. This permanent, term-time role provides a chance to develop strategies for inclusive education.
