Chef De Partie ( Term Time Only) Ashtead Park Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Salary: £18.03 PH. Hours: 40 per week.

A day and boarding co‑educational school for pupils from year 3 to 6th form in Ashtead Park, Surrey. Catering for 950 students and teachers daily. We offer breakfast, lunch, supper, tuckshop twice daily, 6th form café, internal and external hospitality. This is a mix of term time only, term time plus 4 weeks and 52 week depending on the role and operates 7 days a week. Additional benefit to this location is free parking on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Work well in a team of chefs providing catering services to pupils and teachers
• Produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the company’s brand standards
• Ensure company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensure all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.

Knowledge and Competencies

• Reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
