Qualifications

• A Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy (or close to completion)
• Pass or be prepared to complete a Level 3 qualification in Beauty, Wellbeing & Holistic Therapy
• A passion for holistic and beauty therapies aligned with a five‑star spa service standard
• Exceptional grooming standards and a positive, can‑do attitude
• A good sense of humour, team spirit and an evident passion for the spa industry

Responsibilities

• Work a minimum of 30 hours per week (including training) with flexibility for weekends, which are the busiest period
• Deliver guest reception and service responsibilities across the spa
• Progress through a range of luxury treatments including facials, massage and holistic body therapies
• Participate in monthly 3‑day training blocks delivered at the hotels or training centre in Gloucester (travel and accommodation provided)
• Begin delivering advanced treatments before completing the Level 3 qualification, gaining real treatment experience early
• Gain real responsibility and progression within a full‑time employment framework
