About the role

Lexus Swindon offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced technician to join a dedicated aftersales team of 10. In this role you will provide first‑class service to all customers, servicing, repairing and diagnosing a range of Lexus vehicles, ensuring the highest quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, repair and diagnostics of Lexus vehicles.
• Liaise directly with customers regarding their vehicles.
• Provide support and guidance to less experienced team members.
• Complete jobs within the budgeted time.
• Maintain tools and equipment on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service and Repair or equivalent.
• Experience as an automotive technician.
• Dealership experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Comfortable working with others, teamwork and relationship building.
• Commitment to delivering a bespoke and excellent customer experience.
• Innovative problem‑solving skills with willingness to adopt new ideas.
