Teaching Assistant – Swinderby, near Lincoln
Salary: £19,303.31–£22,185, depending on experience and qualifications.
We are recruiting Teaching Assistants to join the Education Team at Kisimul School, a specialist SEN provision in Swinderby near Lincoln LN6. The role is from 09:15 am to 04:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with 13 weeks annual leave (65 days).

Role Overview
- Provide support, learning and education in a therapeutically informed way to learners, facilitating a positive lived experience that enables them to become their best selves.

Qualifications
- Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience (preferred).
- A passion for supporting children.
- Motivation by seeing the progression and development of others.
- High expectations of our children, colleagues and yourself.
- A willingness to ‘go the extra mile’.
- A sense of humour.
- The ability to remain calm in testing situations and return the next day with a smile.
