In the Fitness Instructor role, we will offer ongoing training and development opportunities, including support with your CIMSPA Practitioner / Reps Level 3 Qualification, enhancing your customer service skills and much more.
Always putting the customers’ needs at the forefront of everything you do, you will create personable and meaningful relationships, maintain an interest in your continuous personal development, and keep up-to-date with new industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Carry out initial inductions and ensure that customers are using the equipment safely and correctly.
- Work with individuals and run Personal Training and small group sessions.
- Set and monitor programmes as appropriate.
- Offer Personal Training sessions as an additional service and look to acquire new clients through face‑to‑face interactions and basic marketing tools.
- Work as a team to keep facilities clean and safe, adhering to regulations and company procedures.
Qualifications
All Fitness Instructors should hold a minimum of CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2; ideally you hold CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3. We will support you in achieving higher qualification if you are motivated and driven.
