Class 2 Drayman Driver

Location: Leeds, England, Yorkshire & The Humber

Job Type: Permanent, Full‑time

Salary: £36,396 per year

Working hours: Monday 07:00‑17:00; Tuesday‑Friday 08:00‑17:00.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to pubs, bars, restaurants, and commercial premises.
• Work closely with a Driver’s Mate to complete deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload stock using vehicles and appropriate equipment, following manual handling procedures.
• Carry out vehicle checks and complete delivery paperwork.
• Maintain excellent customer service at all delivery points.
• Ensure compliance with transport and health & safety regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 driver licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Age 25 or over (insurance purposes).
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Good level of physical fitness.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
