Role: Food Service Teacher – School Chef at Primrose School at Sugarloaf Parkway.

You must have experience cooking nutritious meals for a daycare center.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, planning, and shopping for all food in the building, including lunch, snacks, and various events that require food.
• Drop off and pick up of elementary school children on the campus buses during the school year (no special license required).
• Manage food service and catering operations in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Maintain awareness of children who have allergies and food restrictions.
• Follow the daily menu prepared in collaboration with or by the Director.
• Assist with ordering food and calculating the amount needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation and kitchen management.
• Strong skills in inventory management and control.
• Experience supervising and leading kitchen teams.
• Knowledge of dietary requirements and food production.

Salary Range: $12 to $22 per hour, depending on verifiable experience and credentials.

Shift Schedule: 6:45 A.M. – 3:45 P.M., includes transporting children to and from local elementary schools on campus buses (no CDL needed).
