Job Overview

Position

We are looking for an experienced LGV Driver (Class 1 ADR) to join our General Chemicals team based at our Stockton depot, working Monday to Friday tramping.

Pay Rates

During training: £162.80 per day. After training:

• £14.80 per hour
• Overtime hours at £22.20 after 8 hours per shift Monday to Friday
• £41.54 per night out
• £22.20 per hour for the first 5 hours on a Saturday then any additional hours at £29.60 per hour
• £29.60 per hour paid for Sunday shifts
• £150 per day paid on Bank Holidays plus standard Bank holiday pay
• 45 hours guarantee (9 hours per day)

Benefits

FULLY PAID BREAKS and paid ADR & CPC Refreshers. Overtime is available. CPC training hours, courses, CPC accreditation, and driver medicals are all paid for. Full PPE is provided.

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• LGV Class 1 licence with no more than six points
• Tachograph card
• Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
• Valid ADR licence for all classes other than 1 & 7
• Strong understanding of Driver Transport Legislation
• Safety focus

Tanker Experience Preferred.

• Minimum 2 years Class 1 experience
